Member wellness
The only staff surface with wellness visibility. Everything here is support for comfort, rest and safe movement.
This workspace is not a clinical record. Indicators, notes and plans describe wellness and recovery support only — never a diagnosis, a treatment or an outcome guarantee. Refer the member to a qualified practitioner for anything medical.
Visibility rule shown here
Wellness fields exist on this screen and on the member's own reports page, and nowhere else. The counter, the kitchen and the catalog carry explicit "no health data on this surface" callouts, and HQ admin roles see adjustments and audit entries but no wellness values.
Members
Sample directory. Coaches see members of their own studio only.

Session notes
Visible to coaches and, where marked shareable, to the member.
"Sample note. Kept the evening stretch routine to three days a week. Member reports better rest after long shifts. Advised to see their doctor about the persistent discomfort mentioned — outside what we support here."
"Sample note. Reduced session intensity at the member's request. Comfort steady."

Plans describe activity, rest and comfort support. They never prescribe, and they never promise an outcome.
